Mr Peterson,
I enjoyed your Nathan McBride series very much. You are among the best up there with Flynn, Childs, Coes to name a few. The only disappointment is, where is the next installment? I hope you continue the series.
Regards.
Ryan

Andrew: I realy enjoyed First to kill, it had me griped for a month. The mistake I made was reading Forced to kill in a week, what a great read. Usualy the follow op not as good, job well done. Hollywood should make a motion picture on both. Can`t wait for no three.
Hi Martin, thank you for the nice note. I’m really glad you enjoyed the books. Nathan McBride #3, OPTION TO KILL, launches at the end of the month. I hope all is well in your world. Thanks again for contacting me, it’s great hearing from you!

Just finished reading First to Kill. I loved it, couldnt put it down untill the end. I cant wait to start anoher one of Nathan McBride stories. How many books are in this series, i want to read all of them. I hope you write a bunch of them.
Hi Gary: I’m not sure, but I think there at least eight more Nathan McBride stories to tell. The third one just launched last week. It’s a serial novel and the episodes are being released as I write them. Can you believe it? It’s difficult, but fun!
Nathan is in up to eyeballs in OPTION.
All best,
Andy

Andrew – I have thoroughly enjoyed your writings and a huge plus is the price tag. These readings are every bit as entertaining as ebooks going for $10 and up. Please don’t let the price points change as you gain the inevitable notoriety you will get. Great job and can’t wait for more. My biggest issue is I have read all of your publications in two days and I am hungry for more Nathan. Thank you for sharing your skill set. Have a good one…
Hi Tim, thank you for writing. My publisher is Thomas & Mercer, Amazon Publishing’s mystery/thriller imprint. So all pricing is decided outside my sphere of influence. Rest assured, the folks at Amazon are determined to keep prices low for their customers. OPTION TO KILL is currently set at $1.99, but it will probably increase a little after the serial novel is complete. I feel like you do: eBooks shouldn’t cost as much as paper books!
Thank you again for the nice feedback, I’m so pleased you’re enjoying the Nathan McBride stories!
Mr. Peterson I am an Indian Doctor addicted to Thriller fiction for the past 40 yrs. Your books came up on thriller websites while browsing and i feel they will be entertaing reads .Keep up the good work !There are millions of us surviving our daily lives on your hard work in this genre.
Hi Dr., thank you for writing, I appreciate your kind words. Are practicing here in the U.S. or in India?
I now need to measure up to your high standard! As a doctor, you’re no stranger to hard work either. I sincerely hope you enjoy the Nathan McBride adventures. Cheers!

Just read “First to Kill” and was thrilled from the first to last page. I am having trouble finding the next books. I am a huge Lee Childs fan and you are right there with him, can’t wait to get the rest of the series. Where is the best place to find them? Barnes and Noble? Is Option to Kill out in paperback?
Hi Bill, thank you for writing. I’m so glad you enjoyed FIRST TO KILL! The second Nathan McBride novel, FORCED TO KILL, is available through Amazon as an eBook or trade paperback. My publisher is Thomas & Mercer, Amazon Publishing’s mystery/thriller imprint. OPTION TO KILL isn’t out in print yet, but it will be in December.
OPTION is a Kindle Serial eBook (being released in episodes) until the end of November, then it will be released as a regular eBook and also in trade paperback.
So search “forced to kill” on the Amazon site and you’ll see the various formats.
Thanks for the comparison to Lee, he’s a friend. People often compare Nathan with Reacher, but they’re very different! They’re about the same size, but that’s it. I actually wrote the first Nathan McBride novel ten years ago, but I shelved it and started working on FIRST TO KILL. I hadn’t read Lee’s books back then!
Thank you again for the nice post, and please let me know if you can’t find FORCED or OPTION.

I really enjoyed the McBride series. I’m in the majority now, waiting for the next adventure. I’ve read all books Connelly, Crais, Randy Wayne White, Sanford, and a few others have written, and your series is right up there with these authors.
Thank you for entertaining me.

Mr. Peterson all I can say is wow. Not many books have me holding my breath as I turn the pages but the absolute action that you put Nathan and Harv right in the middle of has me doing just that. I’m really hoping you continue their adventures for a long while.
Ty, thank you for the awesome post! It means a lot to me. I’m super pleased you enjoyed Nathan’s adventures. Book four, READY TO KILL, should launch in May of 2014. I had originally thought it would be available earlier but I had lumbar surgery in July and lost a bunch of writing time (before and after the decompression procedure.) The buck stops with me, any delays are my own fault, not my publisher’s. Thomas & Mercer is an outstanding house and I couldn’t be happier with them!
Please hang in there with me, I’m writing as fast as I can!
